- Define procurement and sourcing strategies for Raw Materials and Finished Goods in alignment with the company’s business plan.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain conditions to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness.
- Manage the procurement of raw materials for production and finished products.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with domestic and international suppliers/manufacturers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and SLAs.
- Develop supplier evaluation and monitoring systems covering quality, timeliness, and reliability.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering collaboration, skill development, and high performance.
- Manage the procurement budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Develop and enhance procurement policies and SOPs covering both raw materials and finished goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing, covering both Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
- Proven expertise in Global Sourcing and negotiation with international suppliers.
- Solid understanding of business structures across B2B, B2C, and turnkey project models.
- Experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Background in furniture manufacturing, importing, and distribution, or interior/project-based businesses, preferably.
- Good command in English.
