Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
  • 5+ years in HR roles, including 3+ years as an HRBP or Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and strategic HR planning
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
  • Comfortable using HRIS and data-driven decision-making
  • Able to thrive in an international, fast-changing environment
