Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 5+ years in HR roles, including 3+ years as an HRBP or Generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and strategic HR planning
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
- Comfortable using HRIS and data-driven decision-making
- Able to thrive in an international, fast-changing environment
