Job Description

• Manage air freight bookings directly with airlines or agents.
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status with airlines to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and manage cargo space allocation (Space Allocation) on flights efficiently
• Negotiate rates and terms with airlines and business partners to achieve optimal conditions
• Maintain a thorough understanding of air export procedures and required documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or related fields
• Experience in direct flight bookings with airlines is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of air freight operations and airline processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas and reporting)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
