Job Description

  • Oversee daily export cargo operations, including carrier bookings, SI/VGM submissions, follow-up on carrier B/L, preparation of FCR documents, pre- and post-shipment notifications, and document pouching, ensuring adherence to customers' purchase orders and shipment plans within specified timelines.
  • Regularly and promptly update shipment statuses in the system in alignment with SOPs and KPIs.
  • Respond promptly to overseas customers and counterparts to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Undertake short-term assignments abroad, particularly in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Bangladesh.
  • Handle challenging situations and environments with efficiency.
  • Support the team leader in resolving daily operational issues and monitoring team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • knowledge of the logistics/shipping industry at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT, computer applications, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Good in English
  • Highly responsible, service-oriented, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
