Job Description
- Oversee and execute financial operations, including planning and managing financial projects.
- Lead the month-end closing process, prepare financial reports for two parent company groups, and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheets, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, presenting key insights to management.
- Manage cash flow and bank balances to ensure adequate funding for daily operations, investment plans, and shareholder dividends.
- Assess financial health and efficiency, evaluating return on investment and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, collaborating with business partners to align with company objectives.
- Support and mentor the accounting team, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality work.
- Provide financial insights and strategic analysis to senior management, both locally and internationally, aiding business decision-making.
- Facilitate process improvements and system enhancements to support business growth and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Prepare corporate income tax calculations under BOI investment promotions and oversee tax filings.
- Monitor business processes to ensure adherence to corporate policies, tax regulations, and legal requirements, maintaining integrity and compliance.
- Lead internal control, statutory, and tax audits, serving as the primary point of contact until completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
- Experience in monthly closing and financial reporting within multinational companies (MNCs).
- Skilled in working with auditors and tax authorities (BOI business experience is a plus).
- Background in a Big 4 accounting firm is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- CPD License
- CPA license is a plus.
