Key Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement policies and strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Plan and manage annual procurement budgets for assigned projects.
- Oversee procurement operations to ensure efficiency in terms of quantity, accuracy, quality, timely delivery, and payment terms.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors effectively, including identifying and onboarding new partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize procurement strategies.
- Source and evaluate quality suppliers/subcontractors, negotiating terms to maximize organizational benefits.
- Maintain and enhance the company's reputation with suppliers and ensure effective collaborations.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with the company’s policies.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to meet organizational goals.
- Prepare and review reports for similar items across projects to facilitate strategic bidding and procurement decisions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement within Real Estate OR Construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in managing procurement for real estate and construction projects, with a focus on organizational and team development.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
