Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Description

• Identify new business and investment opportunities in Thailand
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
• Build business cases and financial models
• Develop strategic plans and support execution
• Drive end-to-end M&A deals: sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and post-deal integration
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
• Monitor and assess deal outcomes, strategic goals

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in M&A, Corporate Development, PE/VC, or Investment Banking
• Proven track record in managing complex transactions
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Familiarity with investment and market analysis tools
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• CPA and/or CFA preferred
