We are currently seeking candidates for a Recruitment Consultant for one of our teams based in Bangkok.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Planning and Control Manager with strong port and terminal operations experience to drive continuous process improvement within the Engineering Division. The role focuses on maintenance planning, technical data analysis, and implementing effective controls to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency in a port and terminal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance planning and reliability-centered maintenance programs for port and terminal equipment.
• Analyze technical data, trends, and root causes to improve operational performance and equipment uptime.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with operational requirements of port operations.
• Support financial management and record-keeping systems related to maintenance and engineering budgets.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Planning & Control and Budget & Cost Control staff.
• Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to engineering and operational processes.
• Collaborate with terminal operations teams to ensure maintenance plans minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

Qualifications:

• Certified Industrial Engineer or Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in port and terminal operations, production/service planning, process engineering, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Strong technical skills in reliability engineering and equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and patient.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team in Chonburi. The ideal candidate will be energetic, strategic, and fluent in English, with the ability to drive business growth and support regional expansion in Thailand and Southeast Asia markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Drive new business initiatives and opportunities in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in account management or sales in automotive manufacturing or a related industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage regional business opportunities.
