We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our Operations team in Chonburi, Thailand. The role is responsible for ensuring quality standards and systems are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved in compliance with international certifications and customer requirements.

As the QA Engineer, you will play a key role in quality assurance, document control, calibration systems, and laboratory processes while actively liaising with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies. You will also support the company’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) management systems and lead initiatives in continual improvement and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and manage quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS, TIS).
• Ensure products and processes meet customer requirements.
• Act as the main contact for customers regarding quality issues and solutions.
• Oversee document control and ensure all controlled documents are updated and distributed.
• Manage calibration systems and laboratory testing processes.
• Support APQP, PPAP, CAR/PAR, and corrective actions closure.
• Serve as QC Inspector to support inspection activities when required.
• Participate in SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) programs, audits, and committee meetings.
• Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, 5S, Six Sigma).

Qualifications
