Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving sales targets in the solutions and construction materials sector by engaging with direct customers and specifiers, providing market analysis, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by managing customer and specifier relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical support and customer service within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the specification team and maintain strong communication with stakeholders (contractors, architects, consultants, developers).
- Coordinate account management activities, oversee renewals, and address customer queries.
- Manage financial transactions, invoicing, and client reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction.
- Proven ability to convert leads to customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM systems.
- Must have a personal vehicle.
