Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving sales targets in the solutions and construction materials sector by engaging with direct customers and specifiers, providing market analysis, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by managing customer and specifier relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and customer service within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the specification team and maintain strong communication with stakeholders (contractors, architects, consultants, developers).
  • Coordinate account management activities, oversee renewals, and address customer queries.
  • Manage financial transactions, invoicing, and client reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction.
  • Proven ability to convert leads to customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM systems.
  • Must have a personal vehicle.
