Accounting Consultant (IFRS17)

• 1 year contract

• Salary 70K

Job Description

This position is under Finance & Accounting Team

• Y2024 – before effective date of TFRS17
  • Develop local accounting policy for local TFRS17 where deviation is identified.
  • Lead local SUN GL implementation to support TFRS17 financial statement.
  • Handle on OIC AUP financial statement & XML preparation to be submitted to OIC in Aug 2024.
  • Coordinate with stakeholder on OIC AUP control testing requirements to be submitted to OIC in Nov 2024.
• Y2025 – after effective date of TFRS17 o Handle TFRS17 financial statements and XML preparation for effective date in 1 Jan 2025
  • Participate in system enhancement related to IFRS17 and TFRS17 including ETL, and local CSM calculation engine implementation.

Qualification

• Degree in Accounting
• Experience in GL or SUN system
• Experience in Life or Non-life insurance background
• Experience in project implementation for new ledger would be preferable
