Client company: Our client is a leading manufacturer of local beverage products.

LOCATION: Ayutthaya

Job Description

  • Lead new product development (NPD) from concept initiation to product launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Develop formulations that meet product specifications and comply with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
  • Propose and present innovative NPD ideas to the marketing team.
  • Provide technical support to resolve quality issues in manufacturing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in R&D, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of formulation, processing, and nutrition, along with knowledge of food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, and food regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of Halal certification requirements.
  • Innovative mindset with good analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, and internet tools.
