Job Description
- Lead new product development (NPD) from concept initiation to product launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Develop formulations that meet product specifications and comply with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Propose and present innovative NPD ideas to the marketing team.
- Provide technical support to resolve quality issues in manufacturing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in R&D, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of formulation, processing, and nutrition, along with knowledge of food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, and food regulations.
- Basic knowledge of Halal certification requirements.
- Innovative mindset with good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and oral).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, and internet tools.
