Job Description

ANCOR are supporting a market leading medical device company based in Central Bangkok. They are looking for a Purchasing Manager to implement strategies in order to improve processes with suppliers, both locally and internationally. The company are growing rapidly and this is an exciting time to join a thriving business. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the purchasing team to review and process purchase orders from existing suppliers as well as source new suppliers
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to improve processes, and continuously evaluate suppliers based on quality, on-time delivery and costing
• Manage records of products ordered and received and communicate effectively to other teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage inventory
• Coordinate with the logistics teams regarding importing document, and dealing with government agencies 

Qualifications:

• Background in logistics, supply chain or related field 
• 10+ years in procurement field, managing end-to-end processes. Management of small-medium size teams is important
• Experience in sourcing medical or pharmaceutical products and equipment is essential 
• Excellent organization and communication skills are important.
