Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Asia Pacific

Our client is a global leader in the beverage industry, offering a diverse portfolio of own-brand beverages. They are currently seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join their team.

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Manager to join a leading organization in the port and terminal management/logistics industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive commercial strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure contract compliance in a dynamic and growing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share.
✅ Oversee contract negotiations and manage agreements with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for business inquiries.
✅ Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
✅ Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting related to commercial activities.
✅ Collaborate with the sales team on proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
✅ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and mitigate commercial risks.

Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
📅 Experience: Minimum 10 years in commercial management, preferably within the port and terminal or logistics sector.
💼 Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract negotiations, and business development.
✔ Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
✔ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken).
✔ Familiarity with commercial management software and tools.
